Refund policy

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the Cape Horn products purchased, you may return them within 30 days.

The first exchange and/or return of Cape Horn products ordered is free of charge. A fixed fee will be charged for each subsequent exchange and/or return.
For international purchases, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Cape Horn products deemed “defective” are covered by a two-year Legal Guarantee. A Cape Horn product is considered “defective” if it is delivered damaged or has material or manufacturing defects. Cape Horn products damaged through wear and tear, improper use or neglect are not considered “defective”.
