How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for all purchases over €100. For lower amounts, shipping costs are €9.90.

How many days will I receive my order?

Following the entrusting of the package to the carrier, delivery takes place throughout Italy in 3-4 working days and will be communicated by e-mail. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

How long do I have to return the product?

We guarantee all our customers maximum transparency in the purchase process on the site. For this reason, if you are not satisfied with the product you received, you can exercise your right of withdrawal and return the product within 30 days of delivery.The first return is free of charge. Subsequent returns will be charged to the customer.

How can I make a return?

You can submit your return request directly through www.capehorn.it in the “EXCHANGE AND RETURNS” section at the bottom of the page. Then click the “FORM” link in the “1-RESPONSE” section of the menu.

When will I receive the refund?

We will verify and process returns within 14 days of receiving the package at our logistics hub. Once the return is accepted, the refund will be issued on the same payment method, and you will receive an email confirmation.

You can only make a size change and not a color change. To change the merchandise, make a return request and click on “SIZE CHANGE.”
