Information and costs

The TIERRA SRL company is constantly engaged with the main national Express Couriers to guarantee the lowest shipping cost for each area of ​​Italy and the best service in terms of times, delivery guarantee and customer service.

The products ordered are delivered to the postal address specified by the Customer in the order form. By registering on the site you will be able to access the reserved section and manage a list of addresses to which your orders can be delivered. The status of the order will always be available in the personal section via your account.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, during normal office hours, excluding national holidays and company closures.

When the order is delivered to the courier, an email will be sent containing a link to verify the shipment route from the courier's acceptance to actual delivery. Delivery is considered completed when the product is made available to the Customer at the address specified in the order form.

Upon delivery of the Products by the courier appointed by TIERRA SRL, the Customer is required to scrupulously check:
a) that the packaging is not damaged or otherwise altered;
b) that the number of pieces delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document.

Any damage to the packaging and Products or the mismatch in the number of pieces/packages or indications must be immediately reported by the Customer, who can contact TIERRA SRL through Customer Service specifying the order for which such errors occurred.

Delivery failure

In the event of non-delivery due to the absence of the recipient at the specified address, the courier will send a warning email to the Customer with a link to arrange a delivery appointment. The customer will be able to indicate a date and whether the driver will have to come in the morning or afternoon. In case of impossibility to carry out the delivery even on the agreed day due to the absence of the recipient, Customer Service will attempt to contact the Customer to schedule a new delivery. In the event that Customer Service is unable to contact the Customer for the following 10 working days or in the event of further impossibility of delivery due to the absence of the recipient, the Products covered by the order will be returned to Tierra Srl. After 30 days from the date in which the Products covered by the order have been returned to Tierra Srl due to impossibility of carrying out the delivery, the contract will be considered terminated and the purchase order canceled pursuant to art. 1456 of the Civil Code, Tierra Srl will refund the sum paid by the Customer, net of the costs of returning the Products and the costs of storing them at the branch of the courier responsible for delivery. The termination of the contract and the refund amount will be communicated via email. The refund amount will be credited to the payment method used by the Customer for the purchase. In the event that, before the expiry of 30 days, the Customer requests to receive the purchased Products again, Tierra Srl will proceed with the new delivery after charging, in addition to the costs thereof, the costs of returning the Products to Tierra Srl and the costs of custody.

Shipping Times

Tierra Srl ensures the receipt of your package within 96 hours of taking delivery of the order by our couriers. Delivery times may vary due to force majeure such as weather conditions and strikes. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, during normal office hours, excluding national holidays and company closures, delivering the products to the address specified at the time of the order. The status of the order will always be available through the "My Orders" section in the reserved area of ​​the site, where it is possible to check the path of the package from the courier's acceptance to actual delivery.

Terms of payment

Tierra Srl offers a single payment method through Paypal, a company in the eBay group, which guarantees a quick and secure system. Once the payment with PayPal has been completed, the buyer will be redirected to the PayPal site, where he can access his account by entering his personal email address and password. By choosing to pay with PayPal, the amount is charged directly to the assigned credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard) or prepaid card (PostePay). PayPal protects buyer information as no financial information is passed on. For each transaction carried out with this method, a confirmation email will be sent by PayPal. The order amount is debited from your PayPal account when the order is placed. In case of cancellation, the amount will be refunded to the Customer's PayPal account.
