Right of withdrawal
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the Cape Horn products purchased, you can return them within 30 days .
Exchange and return costs
The first exchange and/or return of Cape Horn products ordered is free . After the first one, a fixed cost will be applied for each Exchange and/or Return .
If you wish to return the Cape Horn products you received, please carefully follow the steps listed in the following procedure:
Fill in the form at the Cape Horn website. Enter the order number and your EMAIL USED TO MAKE THE ORDER.
2- CHOICE OF RETURN
Once connected, the summary page of your orders is shown, in which, at the bottom, two "buttons" are available to execute the return request. Select "RETURN REQUEST" .
3- METHOD FOR RETURN
Once you have selected "RETURN REQUEST", the products ordered are listed.
- Select the products you intend give and press the “CONFIRM SELECTION button” .
- Below, the image appears with the details and prices of the products selected by make .
- Below, please fill in the field with the Reason for Return
- Confirm the request by pressing “SEND REQUEST” .
4- SHEET TO BE APPLIED IN THE RETURN PACKAGE
Upon confirmation of the "Return Request" the REQUEST SENT page is displayed showing the instructions to prepare a sheet where you can write: the ORDER NUMBER and the RETURNS ADDRESS to be applied in the package containing the Cape Horn products in your possession.

6- CONFIRMATION EMAIL
At the email address indicated in the order you will receive a confirmation email of your "Return Request" just made. This email also reminds you to prepare a sheet where you can write: the ORDER NUMBER and the RETURNS ADDRESS to be applied in the package containing the Cape Horn products in your possession.
7– RETURN PACKAGING
Reassemble the Cape Horn products to be returned in the package received and wrap it. Seal the package securely by applying, with adhesive tape, the previously prepared sheet showing the ORDER NUMBER and RETURNS ADDRESS on the package wrapping. If you reuse the package wrapping you originally received, please remove or cover any labels, stickers and other materials present in the package paper at the time of original delivery.
8- CONFIRM COURIER PASSAGE
Subsequently, within 24 hours, the date and time of the courier's visit to your address to collect the package will be communicated to the email address indicated in the order.
9– DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCTS TO THE COURIER
Once the date and time of the courier's passage has been agreed , make sure that someone is at home at the time the package is scheduled to be collected.
10– RETURN EVALUATION
Subsequently, within 2/3 working days, upon receipt of the package, the returned Cape Horn products will be carefully examined.
11– RETURN CONFIRMATION
If the conditions of the returned Cape Horn products are considered optimal , the return will be confirmed to the email address indicated in the order.
We will proceed with the refund of the entire amount incurred on the payment method used at the time of the original order. You may need to wait up to 14 business days for your Refund to appear on your Bank/Credit Card Statement.
Until the time of return , the responsibility for the integrity of the Cape Horn products of which you wish to return falls on the owner of the order . We therefore invite you to pack the return package as best as possible to avoid any damage during transport by the courier.
Legal guarantee for defective products
The two-year legal guarantee on "defective" Cape Horn products is recognized. A Cape Horn product is considered “defective” if it is delivered damaged or if there are material or manufacturing defects. Cape Horn products with damage caused by wear and tear or improper use and neglect are not considered “defective” .
